research on school timings and why schools in the morning ( early) which are shorter hours will be beneficial for teenagers. ( 500 words minimum)

School days is something that gets heavily debated. A lot of alternatives have been tried. six day weekk, four day week, short hours, loonger hours, you name it. Currentl in the world most countries follow a five day week and school tends to be from 6- 7 hours a day.

Overall this topic is complex as it has a lot of perspectives to taken in. Personally as a student I feel that school that starts early morning and ends around lunch time with no need for extra coaching afterwards is the best.

There are many advantages of morning school that can be both beneficial for students and parents. The brain works better in the morning than the night. Morning schools also help set a healthy sleep schedule for a lot of kids.

It can also makes transportation to and from school easier for students as there is less traffic and it is also safer to travel. It also allows for cuts in transportation costs for schools.

These are just some of the reasons why I think schools should be in the morning as it will help in all these regards.

In terms of school hours, there are many advantages of having shorter school hours. Foremost, kids do not have a big attention span and hence after a few hours what material they leanr they most likely forget so school should look to teach the curriculum in lesser time.

secondly it allows for kids to have growth oppurtunities outside school. It gives them time to be a kid, go out and have fun with their friends, pursue a hobby and get good quality sleep. This can all help promote healthy and balanced liifestyle for kids.

Another benefit is that it increases family bonding time as kids have more time to spend with their parents.

Overall for these reasons I believe the school day should be structured like this.
